UrSolutions - Planned Network Maintenance – Possible Internet Disruption – Detalles del mantenimiento

Our upstream network partners will be carrying out mandatory firmware maintenance on network equipment in London.

The work will require the affected equipment to be restarted. During the maintenance window, customers may experience a temporary loss of internet connectivity while IPv4 and IPv6 BGP sessions are re-established.

Any service interruption is expected to last no longer than 30 minutes, although connectivity may be restored sooner.

We will monitor services throughout the maintenance window and provide an update once the work has been completed.
