UrSolutions - Історія сповіщень

One of our upstream network partners will be carrying out planned infrastructure maintenance as part of an upgrade to their network capacity and resilience.

Expected impact:
No service disruption is expected.

During the maintenance window, some network traffic may automatically reroute via our alternative upstream connectivity. Customers may therefore notice a brief change in network routing or, in the unlikely event of an issue during the maintenance, a short period of increased latency or intermittent connectivity.

Our upstream provider has advised that the affected infrastructure may experience an interruption of up to 30 minutes. However, due to our redundant upstream connectivity, we do not currently expect this maintenance to result in customer-facing downtime.

We will monitor network connectivity throughout the maintenance window and provide further updates should there be any unexpected impact.

Our upstream network partners will be carrying out mandatory firmware maintenance on network equipment in London.

The work will require the affected equipment to be restarted. During the maintenance window, customers may experience a temporary loss of internet connectivity while IPv4 and IPv6 BGP sessions are re-established.

Any service interruption is expected to last no longer than 30 minutes, although connectivity may be restored sooner.

We will monitor services throughout the maintenance window and provide an update once the work has been completed.
